If you email us, please make sure to include the following information:

- Game title;
- Where and when did you purchase the game;
- Which version of the game are you playing (according to the available patch and expansion pack).
- Detailed description of your problem.
- Detailed system specification including: processor, RAM, graphics card, etc.
